Responsible Play (Responsible Gambling)
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. If play stops being fun, pause and get support.
Safer play guidelines
- Set a budget and time limit before you start; only gamble what you can afford to lose.
- Don’t chase losses. Take breaks and avoid gambling when stressed, upset, tired, or using alcohol/drugs.
- Keep track of spending and time; balance gambling with other activities.
- Gambling is for adults. If you are under 19, do not use our services.
Warning signs
Consider taking a break and seeking help if you:
- Spend more time or money than planned, or hide gambling from others
- Borrow money, miss bills, or feel guilty/anxious about gambling
- Gamble to escape problems or recover losses
Player tools: limits, time-out, self-exclusion
- Deposit / spend limits: set caps to manage your budget.
- Session / time limits: reminders to take breaks.
- Time-out: a short break where you can’t place bets or deposit.
- Self-exclusion: longer exclusion where account access is restricted. During exclusion, marketing is suppressed where reasonably possible.
- Close account: request permanent closure at any time.
